Requirements

  • requirements Resident of Luxembourg;
  • requirements Knowledge and experience in business and management not less than 2 years;
  • requirements Excellent organizational management skills;
  • requirements Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred;
  • requirements Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a goal set by the Company management;
  • requirements Demonstrated knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices;
  • requirements Excellent computer skills;
  • requirements Good written and verbal communication skills in English;

Education and experience

Responsibilities

  • duties Manage the overall activities of the Company in the Luxembourg office;
  • duties Establish and maintain a good relationship with the CSSF regulator, banks, service providers and other partners in Luxembourg;
  • duties Plan the work and achieve the goals of the Company in a productive and efficient manner;
  • duties Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business development and sales processes;
  • duties Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with the Company policies and procedures;
  • duties Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to manage company growth;
  • duties Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track business goal accomplishments;
  • duties Communicate regularly with other managers, directors, members of the board, and other designated contacts within the organization;
